INCOMING QUALITY CONTROL
Incoming Quality Control (IQC) helps us in conducting inspection and handling quality problem before the assembly process starts. IQC is to ensure that the product will be conforming to all specifications at all time, any time, every time with in the intended product life.
Supplier-end Quality Control (SQC)
In SQC a pre-delivery inspection is conducted for Major components at supplier-end according to the sampling plan. The purpose of SQC is to confirm & verify that whether the material is as per specification & design.

PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL(PQC)
Process Quality Control (PQC) is aimed to manage the quality system at the end of work in process to bear out and undertake the issues arising during the assembly. This is done through stage wise process audits physically and electromechanically.
PQC authenticates that whether the work stages are property managed with using tools, trained person, availability of work instruction, self and sequential inspection to minimize the rejection level.
Another major job of Process Quality Control is to track data and to analyze problem on production v/s rejection.

OUTPUT QUALITY CONTROL
Output Quality Control (OQC) is the last process before product dispatch from the company to customers. OQC is aimed to provide the customers with confidence by the by consistently delivering products that work every time, any time and all time to specification.

• Ensure the product for proper aging (reliability) & functioning to deliver defect free product to the customer.
